Marquee Hire Hub Membership Terms & Conditions
Please read these Tc & Cs carefully before registering for a membership subscription to use the services offered on the Marquee Hire Hub website.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, we shall use the name ‘Marquee Hire Hub’.
These are the general terms of use of Marquee Hire Hub and if you do not accept these terms, you should not use our site or subscribe to membership.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and
compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all members who use the service.
Eligibility Requirements
Members must;
- own a business in the marquee industry
OR
- supply to the marquee industry
Your Use of the Marquee Hire Hub Membership
Membership is for the company that you register with only.
You can share your login with other individuals within your company but not outside of your company.
All resources available to members on the website will always remain the property of Marquee Hire Hub and are not to be reproduced or distributed to non-members.
Payments and Cancellations
Membership is an annual subscription.
Paid membership if paid for at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew, unless you cancel your subscription in your account.
If your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect your subscription fee, we may terminate your membership and remove your access to Marquee Hire Hub.
Marquee Hire Hub takes no responsibility for any late payment fees or any overdraft fees incurred. It is your responsibility to make sure your bank details are correct and funds are available on the renewal date.
No refunds of membership fees will be given under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
Our right to terminate your membership
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if we deem you have acted in a way that is contrary to the community ethos of Marquee Hire Hub. We reserve the right to provide no reason for terminating your membership.
